The main house is ready to move in. It has a huge welcoming front terrace with a nice corner seating set in front of the kitchen to enjoy outdoor meals. The entrance hall allows access to two bright bedrooms (one of them is en suite), the living room, a toilet and the stairs up to the first floor. The main bedroom, the living room and the kitchen have their own direct access to the front terrace. All the windows area doubled glazed. The large living room has a fireplace insert and is well naturally lit through front and rear garden glazed doors. The fitted kitchen has a wood-burning stove.

In the basement, there is a laundry room, workshop and a wine cellar – this can be also accessed by the rear parking.
