Beautiful house with terrace in a small hamlet.

This house is located a few kilometers from the medieval village of Penne in a small hamlet. Originally it’s several small houses that were assembled to make one. There is a shaded terrace at the back and a sunny terrace at the front.

The house has several entrances: one at the front and two at the back.
We enter the house through the kitchen, this is dated but functional and opens onto a bright dining room with fireplace and space for a wood stove.
The large window offers beautiful views of the wooded valleys.

Then there is a room opening onto a simple bathroom with toilet, bath and sinks, here a staircase goes down to the ground floor where there is a corridor, a door to the terrace at the front and a bedroom.

Going up the stairs there is a third room with stairs to the attic and access to a bedroom with cupboards.
Then a fourth beautiful room with old fireplace and access to the terrace at the back of the house. Finally there is a third bedroom with toilet and sinks.

There is an attic that has not been converted but could be an additional room. The roof is in good condition.
Under the house are several separate cellars.

The house benefits from beautiful volumes, and a quiet location in the small hamlet Saint Antonin Noble Val is about 12 minutes away.
