Charming village house with cellar and workshop.

This village house is located in the medieval center of the beautiful village of Cordes sur Ciel. It is composed of a workshop, a cellar, a living room/kitchen and two bedrooms.

Upon entering the house, you arrive in the 16 m² workshop where the water heater is located, here is also an independent WC and a small cellar of 4 m². A staircase leads to the 1st floor.

Arriving on the 1st floor, you enter directly into the living room open to the kitchen-dining room. This room is 31 m². There is an old fireplace where a wood burning stove has been installed, there is tiled floor and the beams are exposed. The kitchen is spacious and comfortable. From this room there is a view on the small street. Then, a staircase leads to the second floor.

Going up, you come to a landing. Opposite the staircase is a first bedroom of 13m², then the landing leads to the bathroom of 7m² with shower, WC, sinks and a corner of the room has been used as a storage room. Next is the staircase that leads to the 3rd floor.

Going up, we arrive in a large room of 27 m². There is parquet on the floor. This room is spacious and bright thanks to its windows on each side of the house. The windows facing the back of the house, there is a magnificent view of the surrounding valleys.

This house has a lot of charm and rent potential.
