Le Chat Immo

Le Chat Immo is an independent estate agency specialising in the Var and Haut Var en Provence areas. We handle transactions for buildings and businesses: sales, rentals and seasonal/short-term lets, with an optional concierge service. We also handle property management: the total management of your property.

Our services are directed by our manager, Joanne Lyon. Born into a family of builders, she has managed the renovation, marketing, sale and rental of several property portfolios and has worked as a property professional since 2004 with international experience. A French graduate in real estate professions, she can offer you sound advice on your real estate projects as well as the assurance that all the necessary steps will be taken to find, sell or rent your property.
